sea age was amazing..! hahaha we had so much fun, but you know what? most of the trip is just a blur of great memories, so don't ask me for specific details. you have to jog my memory first. i only really clearly remember the last night cos it was hell fun!
yup so on the first day, we got to the hilton at about 2pm jakarta time and slacked around until we had to go training. the pool was the same one as last year's asean cup pool. the one with the shaky stairs. >< second day was training in the morning and then one whole day of total slacking around again. i love it when we go overseas for comps cos we always get quite alot of time to slack at the beginning. x)
third fourth fifth days were the comp. first day of comp was pretty ok i guess. had 100 back in the morning and 100 fly in the afternoon. that day was a friday, so they had to stop the meet at 1130 for prayers. i was seriously praying that they could at least finish the morning's events, or i would have had to swim 100 back then 100 fly back to back. >< thank goodness they finished the 100 back in the morning. i lost 2nd place in 100 fly by 0.03s! gahh.
second day was ok also. had 50 fly in the morning. also lost 2nd by 0.03! i don't know what's with fly and the 0.03s. >< yup last event on the last day was 50 back. i HAD to get at least a silver for that after having lost 2 silvers by THAT much. so i figured, ahh what the heck. justchiong la. nothing to lose anyway. and HAHA got first. finally! 100percent reimbursement! free holiday HAHAHA.
mm so overall results.
50 fly - 30.47, third
100 fly - 1.07.62, third
50 back - 32.16, first !
100 back - 1.11.68, fourth
aand on to the last night!
the gala was alright i guess. was pretty silly cos the waiters would serve the food, and there would be a performance when everyone was eating, so obviously people would rush to the front to watch right? and while we were watching, the dumbass waiter would clear the food even though the food would be like almost untouched. we were like WTH. so yea the dinner was quite a failure in that aspect. it was pretty subdued.
oh, and you looked hell cute, btw.i think the rest of the night spent at the hotel was waay more fun. x)
ok so the first part of the night was quite quiet and we just kinda stoned in the hotel room, but then after that things got kinda better cos we ended up playing truth or dare. mm but this time somehow wasn't as fun. i was kinda bored so i just sat at the side and watched/stoned haahaha.
we played hide and seek in the dark by the pool! haha it was super fun although we only played one sad round. we should have played more ): joel tried to scare us by rustling the bushes. lol. quite funny seeing people get freaked out.
this post is disjointed huh. i have so many memories rushing about in my head its imposible to be coherent at this point in time.><
yup then went up to joel's room again, and after alot of "discussion", we decided to watch euro trip. haha super lame show with no storyline whatsoever. good light entertainment i guess.
i'm really gonna miss this sea age. i can't believe its over so soon already. i'm gonna miss my half of the chunky monkey khoonnie! ): make more comps for me! >< i miss everybody already! especially KHOONNIE LIANG my idiot roomate who's damn fun to suan. x(
